Last updated: August 26, 2026
1. Service description
VOID (“we”, “us”) provides software and related services that help developers run coding agents in isolated local environments. VOID may include a website, dashboard, command-line tools, and related cloud APIs.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and have the legal right to install and run VOID on the device you use. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use VOID with involvement of a parent or guardian as required by applicable law. We do not knowingly target VOID at young children.
3. Beta status
VOID is offered as beta software. Features may change, break, pause, or be removed. Metrics, estimates, and dashboard figures may be incomplete or incorrect. Do not rely on VOID as primary income.
4. Your device and permission
You are responsible for the device you run VOID on, including hardware health, operating system updates, power and cooling, and network access. You represent that you own the device or have permission from the owner to install VOID and contribute resources.
5. Local environments
VOID may create isolated local development environments (for example Git worktrees, ports, and related tooling) on devices you control. You are responsible for how those environments interact with your projects, Docker setups, and data. You may stop or destroy environments at any time.
6. No guaranteed results
VOID is tooling for local isolation. We do not guarantee compatibility with every coding agent, project, or host configuration. Features marked preview or coming soon may be incomplete or unavailable.
7. Third-party tools
Coding agents and other third-party tools you run through VOID remain subject to their own terms. VOID is not affiliated with those providers unless we expressly say so.
8. Pricing
VOID Local isolation features are free. VOID Cloud features and availability are described on our pricing page. We may change Cloud offerings and pricing with notice.
9. Account and credentials
Keep your login credentials secure. VOID never needs seed phrases or private keys for crypto wallets. Do not enter secrets into VOID that the product does not request.
10. Account security
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
11. Acceptable use
Use VOID only for lawful purposes and only on devices you are allowed to operate. Do not abuse APIs, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, interfere with other users, reverse engineer in violation of law, or use VOID to attack networks or distribute malware.
12. Prohibited misuse
Without limitation, you may not: run VOID on others’ devices without permission; spoof device identity; launder funds; or use VOID in violation of third-party network rules or applicable sanctions and export laws.
13. Intellectual property
VOID software, branding, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use VOID as offered. You retain rights to your own content (such as support messages you send).
14. Third-party services
VOID relies on third parties including hosting, authentication, email, analytics (if enabled), and earning providers. Their availability and policies affect VOID.
15. Service availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, outages, and provider failures may occur.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOID IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
17. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST EARNINGS, LOST DATA, HARDWARE DAMAGE, OR CRYPTO LOSS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO VOID IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) FEES YOU PAID US FOR VOID IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50.
18. Termination
You may stop using VOID at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the service.
19. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
