Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what VOID collects when you use our website, dashboard, and node software, and how we use that information. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards; no online service is perfectly secure.
What VOID collects
Depending on how you use VOID, we may process:
- Account email and authentication data (via our auth provider)
- Username / display name
- Public payout wallet address you configure
- Device hardware metadata (e.g. platform, architecture, CPU model, core count, approximate RAM / free storage)
- Node status, settings, and resource-usage metrics you report
- Earning / session metrics shown in your dashboard
- Contact form submissions (name, email, message)
- Security and diagnostic information needed to operate the service (e.g. timestamps, error codes, rate-limit signals)
What VOID does not intentionally collect
VOID’s earning software and cloud dashboard are designed not to collect:
- Wallet seed phrases or private keys
- Passwords outside the authentication provider flow
- Contents of your personal files and documents
- Browsing history
- Keystroke contents from other applications
Do not send seed phrases or private keys to us through any channel.
Why we collect data
To create and secure accounts, link devices, enforce your earning rules, show status and estimates, improve reliability, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and operate the product.
Service providers
- Supabase — authentication and database
- Resend — transactional / contact email delivery when configured
- Vercel — hosting and, if you consent, analytics
- PostHog — optional product analytics when you accept analytics cookies on the website
- Third-party earning networks / pools that receive workload configuration you authorize (e.g. public wallet address)
VOID CLI telemetry
The VOID CLI may send minimal anonymous usage events (for example successful environment creation, agent type, CLI version, and feature usage) to help us improve the product. VOID does not collect source code, prompts, repository names, file paths, environment variables, or secrets through CLI telemetry. Disable with void analytics off on your machine.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for auth and security. Optional analytics cookies load only if you accept them. See the Cookie Policy.
Retention
We retain account and node data while your account is active and as needed for security, abuse prevention, and legal obligations. Contact submissions may be retained to handle your request and for a reasonable follow-up period.
Account deletion / access requests
To request account deletion or a copy of data we hold about you, contact us via /contact or laith.setl@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time consistent with applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards (including TLS in transit where provided by our hosts, access controls, and server-side secrets for privileged keys). We do not claim that data is “100% secure.”
International users
VOID may be hosted and processed in locations that differ from where you live. If you use VOID, you understand your information may be processed in those locations subject to local law.
Children / minors
Eligibility follows our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly target VOID at young children. If you believe a child provided data inappropriately, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
